The company IBER-CARGO, spol. Ltd. was established by the partnership agreement dated 5/3/2002 according to §§ 56 and 57, §§ 105 to 153 of the Commercial Code no. 513/1991 Coll. as amended.
History of IBER-CARGO, spol. Ltd. began to be written in 1996, when one of the current managers started business as a sole trader. In 2002, the managers founded a limited liability company and at the same time an association of natural and legal persons was established.
The company started as a national and international carrier. In 2000, the company acquired as a customer one of the worlds largest car manufacturers, VW Slovakia, for which it still provides services today. The company focused its operations on companies operating in the automotive industry and electronics.
Since its establishment, the company has specialized in transporting goods with large-volume semi-trailers of the megatrailer type to Spain and Portugal. Important customers of our company include Spanish companies producing white electronics, tires and other components for the automotive industry.
Thanks to meeting deadlines and constantly improving the quality of services, the company currently cooperates with the largest international companies, such as DHL, Gefco and Giraud Iberica s.a.
The company IBER-CARGO, spol. Ltd. has a certified quality management system according to the international standard STN EN ISO 9001: 2000. The subject of the certification is freight road transport.
